Novac

Novac is multi-platform system, that allows the management of private company shareholder and employee stock plan data in real-time.

Role

As the product designer of an agile software development team, I was in charge of the UX/UI direction of the web platform, as well as both iOS & Android native applications.

Discover

In the first sprints of the project, a discovery session driven through to workshops like a must-should-could, helped the team to understand the business details and client expectations.

Interpretation

From the sprint zero and later discussions with the project SMEs and PO, the proposal for user personas and information architecture was framed.

Design

I was focused developing concept prototypes based on discussions with SMEs and PO of the project, that served as the single source of truth for the development team.

Management

As the design advocate for all products in the ecosystem, it was required to develop soft skills and also dive deeply in the business structure to understand it correctly, in order to orchestrate the different features and third-party integrations, while dealing with the development team and execute design related tasks.
